Denis Huberdeau has a long track record in the telecommunications industry, having worked in the field for more than twenty years, notably at Bell Canada, CGI and Telecon. In addition to extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, Mr. Huberdeau also has solid expertise in telecommunications networks, having worked on large-scale FTTH projects for telecom operators and municipal organizations. His college diplomas in computer science and civil engineering, combined with his professional background, are undeniable assets for this growing organization.
Senior Network Administrator
Originally from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region but living in Argenteuil for many years, Stéphane is responsible for the proper operation of the equipment and ensures the performance and efficiency of Fibre Argenteuil’s fibre optic network. A trained technician with more than 20 years of networking experience, he knows all the inner workings of our systems and aims to provide you with complete satisfaction. Dedicated and determined, Stéphane uses his knowledge and experience to make sure that you have the best services for your home.
Technical Coordinator
Caroline is responsible for coordinating the installation and repair activities of the fiber optic network at Fibre Argenteuil. With more than 12 years of telecommunications experience, she carries out the tasks entrusted to her with a masterful hand. She adapts easily to the different situations to which she is assigned and will be able to rise to any challenge, no matter how difficult. She is an asset to the Fibre Argenteuil team.
Service Installation Technician
Jean-François grew up in a military family in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He has been a member of the Argenteuil community since the early 2000s, when he decided to settle here with his family after completing his studies. With a degree in electrical engineering and several years of experience as a telecommunications service installer, he is proud to work for a 100% local company and to be part of this adventure in his own community!
Service Installation Technician
In the past, Michaël was a line installer and cable splicer in various telecommunication companies. He is known for his meticulousness during his installations, but also thanks to several training courses he has received in the course of his work over the past ten years. He has a diploma in electricity, including training in line assembly, fusion and nacelle. His knowledge of fiber optics, combined with that of his peers, makes him indispensable.
Operation Support Agent
A resident of the Argenteuil area, Geneviève has found her place at Fibre Argenteuil by supporting the operations department. With several experiences, including customer service and project management support, Geneviève’s dedication, organizational skills and versatility enable her to creatively juggle the many projects she is assigned.
Administrative Support Agent
A committed young woman, she has proudly and actively participated in Argenteuil’s volunteer projects for several years. Kyty-Maude is known for her dynamism and her involvement in her community. As administrative support agent, she will answer your questions with courtesy and enthusiasm. Her goal is to provide conscientious, efficient customer service.
Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
Christine is a dynamic professional specializing in marketing and social media, with a minor in marketing and certification in public relations. She is currently finalizing her bachelor’s degree in communications, which enhances her mastery of communication and engagement strategies in the modern digital context. As coordinator, she excels in social network management and communications, while managing business client files thanks to her attentive listening and professionalism. Passionate about her work, Christine is committed to the success of each and every one of her projects.
Network technician
He showed a keen interest in computers from an early age. When Gabriel finished high school, he started programming small robots and automating various tasks. Although he began studying robotics (ordered systems), he had to interrupt his studies for personal reasons. Since then, he has pursued his apprenticeship on a self-taught basis, which has enabled him to acquire skills and land jobs in small companies, propelling him to the position of Level 2 Network Technician at Fibre Argenteuil.
Customer service coordinator
Cynthia has been working with the public since the beginning of her career and her goal is to respond to customers by offering alternatives and solutions whenever possible. She’ll guide you through your installation appointment and make sure that all requirements are met, both on the part of Fibre Argenteuil and on the part of the customer. She’s someone who answers your questions with enthusiasm and is a good listener

Tammy is skilled at assisting customers over the phone and in person as a front desk/office clerk, with many years of customer service experience. She is friendly, patient and energetic to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
