The promotion on installation fees is applicable on all new subscriptions to a combo or trio package for a minimum period of sixty (60) days. If the subscriber changes his services to an Internet only package within the minimum period, the free installation fees will no longer apply and will be charged on the next billing. The subscriber must not have benefited from any other promotion on installation fees in the last 12-months.
A minimum of one (1) full billing cycle is required before services can be cancelled.
Fibre Argenteuil understands that many residents do not live in the area all year round.
We are therefore pleased to offer a Seasonal Service that will allow you to suspend all your services for a fixed period of time, while keeping the fibre optic termination equipment installed.
You can suspend your services for a maximum of 3 to 6 consecutive months per 12-month period. During the suspension period, you will be billed a monthly fee of $20/month.
Please note that it will not be possible to reactivate your services for a few days at a time during the suspension period (e.g. for the weekend).
