The promotion on installation fees is applicable on all new subscriptions to a combo or trio package for a minimum period of sixty (60) days. If the subscriber changes his services to an Internet only package within the minimum period, the free installation fees will no longer apply and will be charged on the next billing. The subscriber must not have benefited from any other promotion on installation fees in the last 12-months.Installation costs include labor and up to 325 m of fiber optic cable.
A minimum of one (1) full billing cycle is required before services can be cancelled.

Seasonal Service
Fibre Argenteuil understands that many residents do not live in the area all year round.
We are therefore pleased to offer a Seasonal Service that will allow you to suspend all your services for a fixed period of time, while keeping the fibre optic termination equipment installed.
You can suspend your services for a maximum of 3 to 6 consecutive months per 12-month period. During the suspension period, you will be billed a monthly fee of $20/month.
Please note that it will not be possible to reactivate your services for a few days at a time during the suspension period (e.g. for the weekend).
To reactivate your services quickly with no installation fee, simply call our customer service department.
*** Exclusively for the homes connected through the Connect to Innovate program, an Internet package offering a 5 Mbps download speed is available at a monthly rate of 35$ (taxes not included). For this package, the router is available at a cost of 12$ (taxes not included), there is a download limit of 150 Gbs (0,75$/Gbs for supplementary use). The installation fee is 50$ (taxes not included). Please note that this package does not allow to have television or telephone services.
