The fiber optic termination box will therefore be installed at the last electric pole marking the beginning of the cable burial. When the equipment is installed, the installation technician will connect to the termination box and install the fiber optic cable in the telecom conduit to your home. The installation fee covers up to 325 meters of fiber optic cable. If the distance between the termination box and the terminal exceeds 325 meters, you will be charged for the additional distance of the fiber used.

If it is located in an area served by the new fiber optic network, new constructions can generally be added to the project plans. In special cases, however, a feasibility analysis may be required. Service availability will sometimes be delayed for new constructions, since they were not originally planned as part of the project.
