Thanks to your support, we can continue investing in our infrastructure and enhancing our services to meet your growing needs.<\/p>\n<p>Starting January 28, 2025, our rates will increase by 3.5% (please consult the notice:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fibreargenteuil.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Augmentation-tarifaire-2025_ENG.pdf\">Increase rate 2025 EN)<\/a>\u00a0.We understand that any rate increase may raise concerns but rest assured that our rates remain among the most competitive in our industry. This slight adjustment is essential to ensure the sustainability of our mission, continue innovating for you, and connect as many citizens of Argenteuil as possible.<\/p>\n<p>In return, we are pleased to announce a significant increase (+20%) in your Internet speed at no additional cost:<\/p>\n<h4>Residential Services:<\/h4>\n<p>Standard Fibre: from 50 Mbps to 60 Mbps<br \/>\nUltimate Fibre: from 100 Mbps to 120 Mbps<br \/>\nFibre Max: from 400 Mbps to 450 Mbps<\/p>\n<h4>Business Services:<\/h4>\n<p>Business Fibre 100: from 100 Mbps to 120 Mbps<br \/>\nBusiness Fibre 200: from 200 Mbps to 240 Mbps<br \/>\nBusiness Fibre 400: from 400 Mbps to 450 Mbps<\/p>\n<p>These improvements aim to enrich your online experience and provide enhanced performance, regard-less of the plan you subscribe to.<\/p>\n<h4>New Products<\/h4>\n<p><em>New Internet Speed<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are also pleased to inform you that starting January 28, 2025, we will be offering a new internet plan.Do you love ultra-high speeds?Then don\u2019t hesitate\u2014subscribe to our new Fibre Elite plan, which will offer a download speed of 800 Mbps!<\/p>\n<p><em>New TV decoder<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new TV decoder, designed to enhance your home entertainment experience.<br \/>\nOur Amino decoder features a compact and elegant design, allowing for discreet placement in your home. Enjoy a modern user experience with an Android TV interface, giving you access to your fa-vorite streaming channels!<br \/>\nYou don\u2019t need a Google account to use Fibre Argenteuil\u2019s TV service on this new device. However, adding your Google account will enable you to easily download apps to your TV box via the Google Play Store.<br \/>\nPopular apps such as YouTube, Crave, Amazon Prime Video, Twitch, and Spotify are available on the Play Store once connected with a Google account. Subscription fees may apply for these services.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that Netflix is a highly sought-after service among our subscribers. However, due to licensing restrictions, it cannot currently be integrated into our decoder. Despite this, we remain com-mitted to providing you with high-performance technological solutions and access to a wide range of content to meet your expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Our new decoder includes a voice control feature that allows you to use your voice to search for and launch shows within streaming apps.<br \/>\nThis new set-top box is available for both rental and purchase and will be launched on January 6, 2025.<\/p>\n<h4>911 Service<\/h4>\n<p>The Government of Qu\u00e9bec has announced that the municipal 9-1-1 tax will be adjusted to $0.54 per month starting in January 2025. This change will take effect on the January 28, 2025 bill for all cus-tomers subscribed to the telephone service.<\/p>\n<p>We thank you for your trust and commitment to our organization.
